Atlas Technologies FLEX receiver/adapter finger tooling can give virtually any
transfer press quick disconnect capability, allowing quick finger tool
changeover without changing the rails. Their design allows them to handle three
to four times the load capacity of other receiver styles.
Atlas Technologies designs and builds die handling systems for fast die change and crane less die storage-retrieval-changeover. Our comprehensive range of equipment and controls, from die tables to fully automatic systems, are custom-applied from proven, standardized, modular components.
Atlas Technologies designs and builds pin pallets and introduced their newest design in 2004. This new pin pallet design is perfect for tailor welded blanks. This pin pallet has a U shaped pattern of large round holes on three sides of the pallet. These holes are used with special round pins (no offset) that establishes a fixed location for any particular blank. The U creates an X and Y axis that can be used for accurate robotic placement and pick-up. The rest of the pallet features the normal hex hole pattern and offset hex end pins.
