Variegate, Inc. has represented FlexSpray® die lubrication systems since 1996. FlexSpray® units are very reliable and continue to run when the other brand is sitting in the junk pile. FlexSpray® makes turnkey systems and modular systems.
FlexSpray® has both spray and no spray systems. Their standard spray systems go from 1 1/4 gallon to 40 gallons. They also have a heavy duty felt pad that is built to the width you need (not shown). The volume of fluid is controlled by adjusting the air pressure on the felt.
